Transcripts

Transcript Requests

If you are a current or former student or graduate and would like to order transcripts, the fee per transcript is $15.00 CAD. 

Please email your transcript request to torontoarttherapy@bellnet.ca and clearly indicate the address or email address where you would like the transcript to be sent. 

We will send the transcript after payment is received. Please submit the payment of $15 per transcript by etransfer to torontoarttherapy@bellnet.ca.

Please allow 10 business days for processing and delivery after payment. 

Please note:

• If you are a current TATI student (not yet graduated) and the transcript is for CRPO application, please contact us first at torontoarttherapy@bellnet.ca before sending the fee.
• If you attended TATI before September 2007, please contact us first at torontoarttherapy@bellnet.ca before sending the fee.

Other Documentation Requests

If you are a former student or graduate and require another type of documentation of your studies at TATI other than a transcript, the fee per documentation request is $15.00 CAD.
