A small group of current TATI students organized a working list of local and small businesses across Turtle Island for art supplies, office supplies and books for art therapy students, practitioners and schools.

As the students write,
“We believe shopping ethically is important as art therapists who are committed to intersectional liberation. This means moving away from large chain stores (like Walmart, Amazon, Dollarama) that rely on unethical material sourcing and labour practices that disproportionately impact Indigenous and racialized communities.”
