Transcript Requests

If you are a current or former student or graduate and would like to order transcripts, the fee per transcript is $15.00 CAD. 

Please email a request to torontoarttherapy@bellnet.ca and clearly indicate the address or email address where you would like the transcript to be sent. 

We will send the transcript after payment is received. Please submit the payment of $15 per transcript by etransfer to torontoarttherapy@bellnet.ca.

Please allow 10 business days for processing and delivery after payment.
